Yoga Classes and Meditation

 

Yoga for Athletes

  • 2nd and 4th Sundays, 4:15-5:30 at It’s All Yoga. This class is for active walkers, runners, cyclists, and swimmers. Well, anyone that considers him/herself an athlete. The classes focus on hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and recovery.

Hatha-based with a bit of slow-flow, vinyasa thrown in:

  • 5:30 pm Fridays at Capital Athletic Club (Capital Athletic Club members only)

Gentle yoga:

  • 2:30 pm Sundays at Capital Athletic Club (CAC members only)

Maitri Mamas Meditation:

  • 7:00pm the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at RiverSong Meditation, Sierra2Center for the Arts, 2791 24th St., upstairs in room 14. For more information, look here.
